I'm looking at buying a set, and was wondering how others have found them to work.
yes, they are very good, there is a reason they are the number one iron on the PGA Tour for about 10 years in a row,
one thing to remember is that the majority of those players are using the blades and possibly not the cavity irons.
I personally hit the MP-33's and love them, mizuno seems to have the best blades every time but i personally feel that they are lacking in the cavity style clubs. so it really depends what style you are looking for.

Mizuno without a doubt makes the best iron in the golf industry. I haven’t actually played the MP-30. However, I currently use a set of MP-60 and also own some MP-33s and MP-37s. Having used almost every major iron brand available today Mizuno is the best with feel, control, workability, distance, and not to mention the quality of the finish on a Mizuno product is far superior to any other company out there. I haven’t actually used the TA3 I have however played the CG1 and CG2 irons from Cleveland and both of those set aren’t even close to the Mizuno.
Ummm…if you're starting out golfing, it would be a great brand to start from but if you have already been playing golf and would like to excel your game, I would choose a more well-known and trusted brand such as Taylormade, Nike, Titleist or Ping. Hippo is a decent brand to use
I bought a new set of Hippo square woods…I am not really big into golfing so I bought these because I have heard good reviews about the new square clubs. There seems to be noise inside the driver when I move it and I hear something moving around inside the club head…my question is, is this normal or is the club defective that I might take it back? Please help
Its probably just a bit of Epoxy from where the shaft was glued into the head…but I would take it back. it is not a normal thing at all.
I’m a beginner and have access to two hand-me-down irons sets: the 1st is a MacGregor Jack Nicklaus CG 1800 (steel shaft) set; the 2nd is a MasterGrip Graphite Gold set (graphite shafts, obviously). Both sets are in great shape, but I think the Master Grip set is significantly newer. Which of the two do you recommend for a beginner until I decide if I want to invest in a better set? I’ve never heard of Master Grip, but I don’t care about brand names I’m just looking to use the better set. Thanks.
